Terms of Service — Solo Trillion Orchestra Effective Date: April 6, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Solo Trillion Orchestra ("STO"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service Solo Trillion Orchestra is an AI-powered content and research platform that helps users identify, classify, and act on trend signals from newsletters and other sources.
3. Google API Services STO uses Gmail read-only access (gmail.readonly) solely to read newsletter emails you subscribe to. We do not send, delete, or modify your emails. You may disconnect Gmail access at any time from Rosie › Mission Control.
4. User Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Intellectual Property Trend classifications, digests, and content generated by STO are for your personal use. Anthropic, Tavily, and Google retain rights to their respective underlying services.
6. Limitation of Liability STO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ubertrends LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of STO after changes constitutes acceptance.
